Smooth it over your skin before applying makeup. That’s it. It’s hard to mess up, but there are some best practice rules:

1. Primer works best on clean freshly moisturized skin.

2. Use only a thin layer of primer.

3. Wait a full 1 minute for your primer to dry before applying foundation.
